The module is designed to show learners how to make customers feel that your business is genuinely interested in them and that, ultimately, you can gain a competitive edge by achieving long-term customer satisfaction. By the end of the module you will recognise why you need a Customer Care programme and how to implement one. You will understand customer care skills and how to use them effectively and be able to develop a complaints handling procedure that strengthens the bond between your company and your customers.
The module is structured into a number of learning activities which are supported by graphics, animations, a wide range of challenges and a quiz.
